As the Senior HRIS Analyst, you will provide strategic direction, oversee, and administer the firm’s HR technology stack, as well as serve as the primary point of contact for HR technology inquiries. This role will partner with the HR leadership team and others to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
Schneider Downs has embraced the hybrid work model, so this role will have flexibility working from home, as well as in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the firm’s HR technology stack Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HR technology stack, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules Provide production support, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws, as well as perform scheduled activities and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR technology stack; identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced security measures Manage projects and process improvements, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and key stakeholders for HRIS (HR Information System) design and enhancement projects Function as the system administrator, maintaining role-based user security, generating reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs; help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data Support HR technology upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train new users and keep clients up to date on new processes/functionality Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HR providers, vendors and technologyWHAT YOU’LL NEED
Required :
Bachelor's degree in business, management, technology or related field Minimum of five years of HRIS experiencePreferred :
Experience with UKG, Skillsoft Percipio and/or Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)Other :
Proven project management experience, including leveraging Agile methodologies Demonstrated success in implementing HR technology solutions that drive business value Deep knowledge of HR technology and experience providing thought leadership Ability to influence change in an organization, quickly and with agility Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong strategic and critical thinking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word WHERE CULTURE COUNTS
