Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our HR Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the strategy and development of HR systems, with a focus on Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep functional and technical expertise in HR systems, with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Provide insight, recommendations, and develop processes and best practices as it relates to the HRIS system.
  • Remain current on HR systems' functionality and actively seek ways to leverage them.
  • Responsible for business process development, improvement, configuration, releases, testing, maintenance, and implementation within Workday and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships/collaboration with departments to gather information and translate that into a business process/system functionality that aligns with the needs of the business and keeps the end-user experience in mind.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • At least 5+ years of related HRIS experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with HR systems such as Workday, HCM, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Oracle, and/or ADP, preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in system and process supporting Human Resources in core HRM/HR Administration, payroll, timekeeping, learning management, benefits, and talent acquisition within a large, complex enterprise, ideally across a range of geographies and segments.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and terminology.
  • Experience in systems management and reporting tools, such as MS Access and Excel or the equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
  • Experience supporting and implementing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures supporting Human Resources and/or HR systems.
  • Experience in supporting and leading pieces of large-scale projects and initiatives.
What We Offer

While this position is remote, it may include occasional work at a Wabtec office/site or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
