IntePros is looking for a Project Coordinator to work a hybrid 3 days a week on-site work schedule for our client located in Bellevue WA. This is an exciting role that will be a part of a delivery solutions team providing secure, convenient package delivery and retrieval for multifamily housing communities.

Responsibilities:

Client relationship management – serving as primary point of contact for assigned clients. Sales and business development – present and demonstrate solutions to potential clients. Implementation and onboarding – coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and deployment. Performance monitoring and reporting – track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration and teamwork – work closely with technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) required?

Salesforce experience is a big plus.  MS Office suite – strong outlook knowledge Customer service skills

What are the top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?

Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Aptitude to learn new systems and software quickly. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
