JOB TITLE: On-Boarding Specialist

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The On-Boarding Specialist position is a key member of our payment processing team. The primary function of this position is gathering the necessary data and launching the on-boarding process of new payment processing merchant accounts. The individual should also have software support experience knowledge as outlined below or equivalent industry knowledge.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate excellent quality of support to our customers (customer first approach). Provide email and phone communication with customers. High availability to ensure timely and accurate response to all inquiries. Respond to requests from customers, business partners and internal co-workers in a timely manner. Utilizes phone, email, and remote connections to gather the necessary data for the merchant on-boarding process. Proficient and high level of accuracy with data entry. Other tasks as directed by the reporting Manager.

DESIRED SKILLS

Good written, verbal, and keyboard typing skills. Well organized. Excellent with customers. Comfortable on a computer and experience with Microsoft Office. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Contribute to a positive team environment.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES

An employee in this role provides support to our customers on-boarding new merchant accounts for our payment processing solutions. This includes assisting the customers from the user’s perspective, meeting the needs of the merchant account on-boarding process. This position requires a friendly, professional, and courteous approach to ensure a positive customer experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree from accredited college desired.
