The Technical Training Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs within The Caliber Way. This position is responsible for managing training logistics and providing administrative support to trainers. The Technical Training Administrator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to coordinate training activities and optimize the learning experience for teammates. The Technical Training Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the organization's learning and development initiatives, ensuring that employees have access to high-quality training programs that contribute to their professional growth and the overall success of the company.

Training Logistics Management:

Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources to ensure seamless exrange travel and accommodation for trainers and participants as needed. Manage training equipment and materials, ensuring availability and functionality. Timely process all training related invoices.

Administrative Support for Trainers:

Assist trainers in preparing training materials, presentations, and handouts. Schedule training sessions and communicate logistical details to trainers and participants. Handle administrative tasks such as registration, attendance tracking, and evaluation collection.

Communication and Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and support. Consult with teammates at all organizational levels in a professional manner Liaise with internal departments to relay training needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals. Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to all stakeholders effectively.

Training Evaluation and Reporting:

Maintain training activity records and reporting in Workday and associated LMS tools to support trainers and participants to assess training effectiveness. Compile training evaluation data and generate reports for management review.

Curriculum Curation:

Work closely with subject matter experts to assist with development and updating training curriculum. Organize and maintain training materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field experience preferred. Proven experience in training administration or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Enthusiastic, flexible, team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to know when to escalate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet projected deadlines. Experience with field led on-the-job training programs or multi-unit training experience. Experience with training software and online learning platforms. Operations Training experience.
