About this Opportunity

To drive the success of our US 5G Smart Factory, we're seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you'll play a critical role in training and developing operators, creating and maintaining training plans and materials, and facilitating expertise, cross-functional communication, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and mentor operators in your assigned functional area (SMA, FA, WH)
  • Partner with teams to create and maintain training plans and materials
  • Drive operator safety and compliance readiness
  • Facilitate expertise, cross-functional communication, and safety
  • Evaluate learning impact using both knowledge and functional performance assessments
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking of completed and required training
Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment and operational work instructions and process maps
  • Tech savviness - able to use a full suite of office and learning technologies, including Microsoft applications and basic Learning Management System administration tasks
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Ability to periodically work flexible shift hours when required
  • 2+ years experience with designated functional area in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Familiarity with objective-based training theory and functional assessment settings preferred
  • Experience with environmental and safety compliance, ISO competence management, and training governance requirements preferred
