Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, phone, or video call.
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback on their experience with our services, identify areas for improvement, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Examine customer usage data and behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement initiatives, such as client newsletters, webinars, or customer appreciation events.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or client services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
