La directrice ou le directeur dirigera l’équipe au sein de la division TI des Amériques de Brother (CAN, US, LATAM), responsable de l’élaboration et de la gestion des feuilles de route des capacités (en collaboration avec les parties prenantes), de la hiérarchisation des portefeuilles de projets interfonctionnels ainsi que de l’amélioration des carnets de commandes. En outre, elle veillera à ce que les feuilles de route des produits assurent une utilisation efficace des ressources informatiques et le respect des échéanciers et du budget lors de la réalisation des projets. La directrice ou le directeur devra également exceller dans la résolution de conflits et la recherche de consensus entre les parties prenantes des différentes divisions et des services informatiques de l’entreprise. Diriger une équipe responsable d’élaborer, de gérer et de mettre en œuvre des feuilles de route des capacités opérationnelles, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l’entreprise.

Collaborer avec les parties prenantes de l’entreprise pour transformer les objectifs stratégiques de haut niveau en une feuille de route pluriannuelle, en veillant à ce que les projets et les améliorations atteignent les objectifs et apportent de la valeur ajoutée à l’entreprise.

Guider les parties prenantes dans la segmentation des capacités afin d’obtenir un maximum d’impact et de valeur.

Collaborer avec les analystes d’affaires, le bureau de gestion de projets de l’entreprise, ainsi que les équipes responsables de la gestion du changement et des données afin de comprendre les répercussions des changements et de définir les besoins de l’entreprise.

Leadership et gestion des relations :

Favoriser le consensus entre les principales parties prenantes et les équipes de production, notamment avec les dirigeants du bureau de gestion de projets de l’entreprise et les responsables de l’architecture, de l’ingénierie et de la gestion des produits.

Présenter des rapports concis à la direction pour éclairer la prise de décisions.

Contribuer à la réflexion stratégique en proposant des avancées technologiques et des améliorations opérationnelles.

Organiser des discussions productives, motiver les équipes et résoudre les problèmes en collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l’entreprise, le bureau de gestion de projets de l’entreprise et les équipes informatiques.

Gestion du portefeuille et des priorités :

Diriger la hiérarchisation des projets et des améliorations, en assurant la cohésion entre les diverses fonctions.

Gérer le carnet de commandes des améliorations, collaborer avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille, les responsables de produits et le service financier pour veiller à ce que l’offre informatique réponde à la demande et à ce que les projets respectent le budget.

Votre profil idéal :

Baccalauréat (ou équivalent) en finance, gestion des opérations commerciales, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste de partenaire d’affaires en informatique. Capacité avérée à cartographier des capacités et des flux de valeur, ainsi qu’à proposer des solutions de haute qualité pour des entreprises complexes, multidivisionnelles et mondiales.

Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans la mise sur pied, la supervision quotidienne et la direction d’équipes performantes, en mettant l’accent sur le mentorat, la formation et le perfectionnement des compétences.

Maîtrise des outils de modélisation des capacités de l’entreprise et d’outils connexes, de Salesforce (y compris les outils B2B/B2C), de Ceridian ou de systèmes de ressources humaines semblables, et de divers systèmes financiers.

Personne dotée d’un fort sens du leadership et axée sur les résultats.

Solides aptitudes à collaborer, à exercer son influence et à motiver des équipes à atteindre leurs objectifs.

Expertise en gestion des relations et en résolution des conflits.

Compréhension approfondie des processus d’affaires. Connaissance pointue des processus opérationnels dans des domaines fonctionnels clés, comme le cycle de la commande au paiement (« order-to-cash » [O2C]), les stratégies de mise en marché, les finances et les ressources humaines.

Compréhension approfondie de la fonction de partenaire d’affaires en informatique.

Lead a team to develop, manage and execute capability roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.

Your Winning Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Business Operations, Information Technology, or a related field

10+ years of experience in IT Business Partnering: Proven capability in capability mapping, value streaming, and delivering high-quality solutions for complex, multi-divisional, and global companies.

10+ years of extensive experience in building from scratch, operating day to day, and leading high-performing teams through mentorship, training, and empowerment.

Proficient in business capability modelling and related tools, Salesforce (including B2B/B2C enterprise tools), Ceridian or similar HR systems, and various financial systems.

Effective leadership and result driven skills.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills to challenge the team toward achieving goals.

Expert relationship management and conflict resolution.

Deep business process understanding: Specialized knowledge in end-to-end business processes across key functional areas like O2C, GTM, Finance, and HR.
