Job profile

· The Sales Director manages the Herrmann Ultrasonics METALS division with profitability responsibility

· Development of Herrmann Ultrasonics sales goals in alignment with the global growth strategy for the METALS division

· Responsible for success-oriented sales management which leads the division to above market growth

· Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the METALS division’s market presence

· The Sales Director is the mediator for your team and provides personal leadership

· As a role model the Sales Director will be an inspiring leader for the METALS division

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or other comparable qualification

· Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

· At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Technical Sales

· Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and CRM systems
