salary: $50 - $60 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Enter all bedhold days, discharges, admissions ,and patient responsibility changes into PCC

  • Calculate Billing in PCC

  • Deposit and post cash to PCC

  • Review AR Aging/Bill/Rebill as necessary

  • Deposit Entrance Fees into Escrow Accounting

  • Print Bank Reports from Patient Trust to verify all Care Cost deposits are posted into PCC

  • Reconcile operating and patient trust petty cash boxes (N/A - No Petty Cash)

  • Update/Verify all cash for the week is entered. Balance to PCC cash

  • Prepare resident entrance fee refunds, calculations

  • Collect approved invoices from department heads and enter into payables system.

  • Scan invoices onto server for documentation.

  • Scan check registers to server.

  • Upon approval from Management Company, print AP checks

  • Generate ACH file, including garnishment and tax disbursements.
