We now have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Performance specialist to do join our Performance and Insight Team as Lead Digital Performance Analyst.
The team has overall responsibility for providing outcome-based management information, reporting and data management that will enable us to measure product, service and business operational performance. We need someone who can effectively analyse data, draw conclusions and provide effective insight for senior stakeholders.
Our Lead Digital Performance Analyst you will:
Lead the platform strategy for performance analytics on a cross-portfolio basis ensuring effective implementation of appropriate tools, in line with data architecture strategy
Work with senior stakeholders to support data-based decision making
Develop automated ways of collecting and reporting data and streamline existing processes
About you
Some of the skills and experience we’re looking for:
Extensive experience of analysing, interrogating and interpreting, large, complex data sets with data acquired from multiple sources and across different platforms Extensive experience of outcome reporting, using data visualisation platforms e.g. Power BI to make date accessible to a range of audiences Significant stakeholder engagement skills including working with exec level stakeholders Well-developed communication skills, able to bring data to life, draw effective conclusions and tell compelling stories for senior stakeholders Experience of automating data collection and improving data analytics processes Naturally inquisitive and able to deep dive with stakeholders in order to understand their requirements and provide the accessible data they need to support effective business decision makingOur Lead Digital Performance Analyst can be based from Leeds, London or Exeter and as a result we are running adverts for each location. Please note that colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
