Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end accounting tasks related to physician remuneration, contract evaluations, and business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal reporting efforts, including key performance metrics, productivity assessments, and financial analysis.
  • Support the preparation of budget reports and variance analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to develop financial models.
  • Proficiency in data processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and operational reporting.
