Responsibilities

  • Make and receive phone calls from guests for scheduling service appointments for Pickup & Delivery or Mobile Service depending on repair type 
  • Manage RO Process
    • RO creation
    • Ensure correct parts
    • RO closeout
    • Process payment 
  • Manage Parts Process
    • Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure parts availability for repair
    • Add parts to the RO as required
    • Ensure unused parts are accounted for and added back to inventory
  •  Schedule  
    • Coordinate to ensure service appointments are adequately scheduled
    • Take incoming appointment requests for Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service appointments
    • Proactively seek out new appointment opportunities for Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service 
  • Route - Mobile Service 
    • Utilize Route Optimization to set Mobile Service appointments
  • Dispatch
    • Determine if repair request is within Mobile Service scope
    • Dispatch appropriate Mobile Service Unit and Technician for requested repair
  • Customer Communication Prior to and During Repair
    • Send service reminders
    • Mobile Service - Communicate day of Mobile Service status
  • Customer Follow-Up
    • Ensure customer satisfaction, follow-up after appointment 

Qualifications

While experience in Automotive Service Department is not necessary, an ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, willing to learn attitude.

  • Must be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all guests and employees
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Comfortable digging through data and toggling between various web pages 
  • Comfortable creating and reports and analyzing
  • Able to communicate guests' needs and requests to Service team
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
