We are seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to join our clinic located in the Cancer Center Tower at Providence Portland in NE Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

You will be supporting a busy practice of Foregut and Bariatric Surgeons at the Center for Advanced Surgery. We receive a high volume of patient calls and are searching for a self-starter with a positive attitude who can work independently and has a customer-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role and 5 years of medical front office and scheduling experience. They should be team-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a strong leadership team, and we are looking for someone who is a strong team player with a willingness to take on any task to support the team.

Primary duties include supervising front office staff, scheduling and registration for our virtual and in office team members.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. 8:30am - 5pm.

Starting pay range, based on experience, $29.32 - $39.55 per hour.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role. Minimum 5 years of medical front office experience preferred. Proficiency in EPIC EMR and scheduling software Excellent phone skills and customer service skills Excellent job stability and prior work references Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines Experience in a surgical practice preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate w/equivalent job experience considered).
