Primary responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, and assisting in hiring clinical nutrition caregivers, ensuring that the food served to patients meets nutrition standards, and monitoring clinical nutrition staffing, workloads, and productivity. The Supervisor-Clinical Dietetics is responsible for managing onboarding and training of clinical nutrition caregivers as well as maintaining clinician competency and development. The Supervisor-Clinical Dietetics assists with audits and regularly evaluates ministry policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements put in place by state and federal government, The Joint Commission (TJC), and CMS and any other pertinent regulatory bodies.
