Responsibilities

General Summary of Duties :

The Vice President and Managing Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer FB Development and is a key member of the hotel's executive team. This role provides effective leadership and direction in planning, implementing, and administering organizational programs and projects. The Vice President and Managing Director exercises initiative and judgment in carrying out assigned responsibilities, analyzes complex situations accurately, takes effective and appropriate actions, and manages and directs all Company activities.

Typical Physical/Mental Demands :

Requires mobility. Requires prolonged sitting. Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors. Ability to push and/or pull a file cabinet weighing five to fifteen pounds. Travel may be required.

Typical Working Conditions :

Work is performed in an office environment. Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.

Qualifications

Education :

Undergraduate degree preferred

Experience :

At least 10 years of experience and a track record in senior program management

License/Certificate :

None.
