Reporting to the Director of Operations/DistrictManager and is the primary support for the management teams in their respectiverestaurant location. Restaurant General Manager Requirements

1-2years of Restaurant General Manager experience in restaurants Flexibleto work nights, weekends, and holidays FollowSmashburger uniform standards Abilityto follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state,and federal employment regulations Mustsuccessfully complete Smashburger training program Possessstrong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectivelycommunicate with restaurant management, front line employees and corporatesupport teams Peoplemanagement skills to effectively select, assess, coach/counsel, develop,motivate, and lead restaurant teams Excellentattention to detail Proventime management, consistency, and organizational skills Highlymotivated, self-directed, and results driven Physicalability to stand for extended periods of time and to move and lift boxes offood/ supplies up to 50 lbs. Abilityto work in high and low temperatures
