Full time position providing customer service, receptionist, data entry and general office skills to growing company servicing the construction industry. 
 
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Answer multiple phone lines in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
  • Professionally respond to emails using proper etiquette, grammar and spelling
  • Accurately write up jobs providing correct scope of service and detailed information to allow efficient completion and billing of work requested
  • Follow established procedures to process invoices and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Request, organize and distribute COI's for customers.
  • Assist with other office duties
  • Effectively and courteously communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers
  • Actively promote the company and the value of its products and services
Qualifications:


  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Computer proficiency, ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize multiple projects and meet milestones and deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated and work well with little supervision
  • Problem solving ability combined with high level of integrity
Office experience preferred but will train the right individual
