Office Coordinator

Full time position providing customer service, receptionist, data entry and general office skills to growing company servicing the construction industry.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Answer multiple phone lines in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
- Accurately write up jobs providing correct scope of service and detailed information to allow efficient completion and billing of work requested
- Follow established procedures to process invoices and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Request, organize and distribute COI's for customers.
- Assist with other office duties
- Effectively and courteously communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers
- Actively promote the company and the value of its products and services
**Qualifications**:
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Computer proficiency, ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to organize multiple projects and meet milestones and deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and work well with little supervision
- Problem solving ability combined with high level of integrity
Office experience preferred but will train the right individual
