As Support Coordinator, your role is built upon general accounting but you have the opportunity to be part of the heartbeat of our company; touching all departments and operations, ensuring revenues and expenses are correct for our team and for our customers.

This position can be based at either of our HQ locations; Rochester, NY or Concord, NC

What You’ll Do…

Work in conjunction with operations to accurately report production per our contracts: Billing customersAccounts receivableAnalyzing profit and loss statements Reconcile jobs, contracts and reports to ensure accurate reporting Produce and submit customer invoices to make sure our hard work is compensated for Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently Assists company personnel, customers and others with resolution of problems

Keys to Success…

Experience with accounting, general ledger, and job costing Ability to cross-train and learn multiple customers and processes Ability to stay organized to meet weekly timelines Ability and tenacity to solve problems Possess effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as a team player Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accuracy of information Enjoy working in a high-volume fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm

What You’ll Need…

Associate's degree in a business-related field Minimum of one year of relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of accounting software
