DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle a high volume of calls from members
  • Answer any inquiries regarding healthcare benefits, claims, accounts, enrollment and pension information
  • Act as the point of contact for union members
  • Answer any financial related questions
  • Work between a dual monitor system
  • Log all calls and information into the computer system

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Healthcare experience (Customer service or administrative) preferred
  • Data entry experience
  • Insurance experience
