Sales Development Representative

The primary responsibility of a Concorde Education Sales Development Representative is to generate and qualify leads, and schedule demo meetings for the educational staff. Some of the typical tasks and responsibilities of an SDR include:
- Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential customers or leads, and create a list of target accounts to pursue.
- Cold calling and emailing: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls and emails to introduce your company's product or service and generate interest.
- Lead qualification: Assess the needs and buying potential of potential customers, and determine if they are a good fit for your product or service.
- Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Pipeline management: Keep track of all tasks and activities in a CRM system, and regularly update the status of each lead.
- Sales collaboration: Work closely with the Education team to provide them with qualified leads, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Overall, the SDR role is a crucial part of the sales process, as it helps to fill the pipeline with qualified leads and create opportunities for the sales team to close deals.
