Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in securing financing by connecting them with suitable lenders.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and listing agents to ensure successful real estate transactions in South Central Wisconsin.
  • Thoroughly prepare and review all property documents to guarantee a seamless process for both buyers and sellers.
  • Keep clients updated on local housing market trends and provide valuable insights.
  • Engage with potential buyers to deeply understand their housing needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate and strengthen connections with clients and industry professionals.
  • Provide expert guidance on the buying and selling of properties.
  • Offer comprehensive information on the latest local real estate trends.
  • Showcase available property listings to potential buyers through open houses and viewings.
  • Master successful sales negotiation strategies and techniques.
  • Assist clients in making well-informed decisions by utilizing various sales approaches.
  • Adhere strictly to weekly tracking and accountability procedures.
  • Enhance sales skills through regular coaching sessions and role-playing exercises.
  • Maintain transparent and open communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Successfully close sales deals and diligently follow up on leads.
Qualifications:
  • The candidate must be willing to obtain a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License or already possess one.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must for this role.
  • Extensive familiarity with the local real estate market and staying updated with current industry trends is vital.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential qualities required for this position.
