About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Specialist to join our team at Anywhere Real Estate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by providing exceptional support to our agents, branch managers, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Organization
    • Collaborate with our facilities and IT partners to ensure all office equipment and supplies are in working order.
    • Ensure necessary office supplies are stocked and organized, and mail is distributed efficiently.
    • Greet and direct agents and customers as needed, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Agent Support
    • Provide white-glove service to agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting our available support services.
    • Support agents with technology, process, and operationally related questions, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
    • Promote a friendly and inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition.
    • Work with our Agent Onboarding Team to support the agent onboarding process.
  • Transaction Support
    • Ensure agents' transactions are efficiently and accurately processed, with timely commission payments and minimal adjustments.
    • Scan physical checks as needed and serve as a point of contact for following up on missing documentation or transactional issues.
    • Enter and update database information, including MLS and Transaction Manager.
  • Branch Leader Support
    • Support branch managers with maintaining office promotional items, sales meetings, new agent orientations, and supporting office culture.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with prior real estate office experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technological proficiency in various operating systems, including PCs and Macs, and ability to navigate computer software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including agents, branch managers, and operational support teams.
  • Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as needed.
