Position: Director of Triage Services
Description of the position: Direct and manage daily operations and service delivery of Triage and Emergency Services at Eliot’s Community Behavioral Health Center in Lynn, MA. Implement organizational vision to ensure immediate access to crisis evaluations, stabilization treatment plans and services to stabilized individuals/families in the community. Hire, train, supervise and direct Stabilization Managers and staff, including deployment of staff, training, and oversight of stabilization plans. Provide and direct crisis intervention, triage, counseling, and referrals as necessary to meet program needs. Monitor utilization and billing to match services with available revenue streams; comply with budget plan for expenditures and revenue.
Requirements: minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; substantial (3 years) experience providing emergency behavioral health services; and a Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, PA, APRN, MD, or be a Licensed Psychologist)

Pay rate: $98,862/yr
