Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinician to join our team as a Clinical Director - Social Services. This is a full-time position responsible for providing community-based social and mental health services to children and families referred by the Department of Children and Families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family.
- Develop and implement clinical formulations to guide goal development and ensure effective service delivery.
- Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan, collaborating with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems.
- Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems, including daily routines, behavior management, and safety plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in community-based social and mental health services.
- Licensed Clinician with experience working with children and families.
- Strong clinical skills and experience with assessment and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $70,000.
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday.
- Onsite location in Lynn, MA.
