Job Summary:

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinician to join our team as a Clinical Director - Social Services. This is a full-time position responsible for providing community-based social and mental health services to children and families referred by the Department of Children and Families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family.
  • Develop and implement clinical formulations to guide goal development and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan, collaborating with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems.
  • Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems, including daily routines, behavior management, and safety plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in community-based social and mental health services.
  • Licensed Clinician with experience working with children and families.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with assessment and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $70,000.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday.
  • Onsite location in Lynn, MA.
