Senior Manager, Research Science, Selling Partner Experience

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of cross-functional roles of research scientists, researchers, product managers, and program managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs delivering survey datasets and correlated behavioral signals
- Persuade decision makers at all levels of the organization to take aligned action on research findings – inspire and help them internalize opportunities to delight our customers and differentiate our service.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their career goals and objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.- Proven track record of leading and managing teams handling data collection programs
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing and storage systems.
- Led research and development of models and science product
- Educate and evangelize across internal teams on analytics, insights and measurement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ph.D. in Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative fields- Expertise in experimental design, feature engineering, causal inference and/or machine learning based forecasting models
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with others with diverse skill sets
- Experience with writing academic-styled papers for presenting both the methodologies used and results for data science projects
