This job posting is for our Formulation floor on 2nd shift that runs 7 days a week. Team members work a rotational schedule of 4 days one week and 3 days the following week with the potential to work additional hours. Work hours are generally 1:40 p.m. to approximately 11:00 p.m./midnight. The base rate of pay is $18.70/hour, plus a shift premium of $1.00/hour. Team members must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed. This position is eligible for overtime pay.

Job Responsibilities:

Trains on and performs all jobs in Formulation (primarily) and Cook/Pack (the Utility Operator is a backup position to all the positions on the floor). Jobs include, but may not be limited to: Blender Operator, Work In Process Operator, Raw Product Flow Operator, Cooker Operator, Forklift Operator, Machine Operator, Materials Handler Operator, Spice Cooler Operator, Grinder Operator, Mixer Operator, Raw Receiving, Shipping, and Oven Operator.  Helps train new and existing team members on operator jobs. Responsible for covering breaks and absences in Formulation (primarily) and Cook/Pack.  Coordinates team member work schedules for Production Supervisor. All team members are responsible for safety, including but not limited to personal safety and food safety Complies with all company and USDA policies/guidelines and reports known or suspected violations Attends monthly and annual required training (e.g., Safety, HACCP, HR topics, LOTO, PIT) Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
