OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
FULL TIME | IN-PERSON | 40 HOURS A WEEK | MONDAY - FRIDAY | 8AM - 4:30PM
MAJOR ROLES:
- Greet & Assist Visitors
- Answer & Redirect Phone Calls & Emails
- Maintain & Stock Common Areas
- Warehouse Support: BOLs, Freight Quotes, & Filing
- Distribute Mail
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain fresh coffee throughout the day and clean machines at night
- Refresh restrooms, conference rooms, and kitchen as needed
- Keep office supplies, beverages, and paper products stocked
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies
- Manage printers and postage machine
- Ensure trash/recycling is taken out often and refrigerators are cleaned monthly
- Schedule and prepare conference room for in-person, Zoom, & MS Teams meetings
- Update employee communication boards and create and post birthday/anniversaries
- Assist with corporate events, luncheons, and meetings
- Assist vendors (vending machines, pest control, cleaning, etc.)
- File sales orders, shipping manifest, pick tickets, and maintain files
- Communicate returns with various factories
- Mail, match, and file accounts payable documents
- Log redirected inquiries to CRM and update contact properties
- Assist Product & Database Manager with price verifications
- Organize and load images and video assets to databases
- Work as a part of our highly collaborative administration team to accomplish corporate goals
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Assist with various business-related activities as needed
- Assist and report to VP, Administration
