Quality assurance audit or training experience
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Plans and executes operational and quality assurance observations, measuring compliance with G2 policies and procedures, and customer's SOP. Performs safety observations as part of the audit Reviews regulatory compliance and internal financial and administrative Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) Coordinates opening and closing meetings with local Conducts interviews, reviews documents, and observes all areas of airport Identifies and documents audit/observation findings and records in company's proprietary hand-held audit Reporting process includes taking photos and detailed written documentation of findings and/or successes. Conducts "on-the-spot" coaching to correct deficiencies noted during Maintains a database of observation results, analyzes data, and prepares regular summary reports for the leadership Assists operations with developing corrective action plans and ensures successful Performs regular review of audit content to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer procedural Coordinates with the audit team and training department and recommends changes to achieve continuous Performs other related work as assigned by Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, and external Travels approximately 60% of the time.
