Here’s what you will be doing:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general building maintenance in addition to maintenance and repair of equipment. This role will maintain a clean and safe work area and operate equipment in a safe manner.Maintenance and repair of forklifts and other industrial equipmentGeneral building maintenanceMaintain a clean and safe work areaLawn care/snow removalCarpentry/paintingElectrical WorkOperate equipment in a safe mannerReport any and all unsafe conditions All other duties as assigned

This is what you will need:

Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphereGeneral building maintenance skillsAbility to efficiently utilize general hand tools, saws, drills, etc.Must have knowledge of forklift or industrial equipment repair and operation.Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
