As Director of Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the marketing and promotion of our restaurants and events. This role will report into our V.P of Marketing and CEO. You will manage a digital marketing team and work closely with the operations team at the restaurant level.

 As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans, managing the marketing budget, creating digital campaigns, coming up with weekly programming at the restaurants that ultimately drive awareness and sales at our different properties.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Create and implement strategies that help strengthen the organization’s brand

·        Brand Management: Develop brand guidelines and ensure that brand standards are met

·        Manage all digital advertising and SEO for the various restaurants

·        Lead and mentor a small marketing team responsible for the execution of all elements of the organizations marketing and communication efforts

·        Manage and direct the PR agency to ensure that we generate maximum awareness and excitement for our new restaurant openings and for the company overall

·        Contribute to the overall art direction, casting and coordination of brand/venue photo shoots, video shoots and campaigns, as well as sourcing and working with third party contributors (i.e. photographers, stylists, directors and video producers)

·        Work closely with our restaurant partners, GM’s and staff of the restaurants to identify opportunities and build effective marketing programs

·        Concept and brand development for new weekly programming at the various restaurants

·        Develop all marketing collateral needed for the various restaurants

·        Drive the social media & content strategy for each of the restaurants

·        Organize high profile and experiential events at our venues

·        Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing efforts to all stakeholders

 Job specifications

 ·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or event management
  • People Management experience
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Hospitality experience preferred
