OTH Network seamlessly gives your business & brand access to top tier creators, celebrities & influencers. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to spearhead much of our marketing efforts in tandem with the Chief Strategy Officer & SVP of Sales to drive the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with OTH Network’s overall business goals. Your vision will enhance our brand presence and position us as the leading platform for connecting businesses with top content creators.
  • Operator Experience: High level operator with experience in Design & Content. Excellent organizational skills to execute on campaigns, develop calendars alongside the adaptability to evolve with constantly changing trends. 
  • Brand Management: Oversee and evolve the OTH Network brand, ensuring it resonates with our target audiences of businesses, brands, and creators. Strengthen brand equity and market position by creating compelling narratives around our unique value proposition.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for platform growth and user acquisition.
  • Platform & Service Promotion: Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote OTH Network’s platform and payment system. 
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, brands, and influencers. Develop collaborations that enhance OTH Network’s visibility and expand our reach within the digital marketing and content creation communities.
  • Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase platform engagement among businesses, brands, and content creators. Leverage data and analytics to create personalized marketing initiatives that drive user loyalty and platform stickiness.


Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership & operator roles, preferably within the digital marketing, media, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, platform promotion, and brand management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
