Accounts Receivable Accountant
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle account receivables accounting
  • Responsible for invoicing collections, journal entries and the general ledger accounting  
  • Responsible for accurate general ledger coding
  • Assist with closing financial statement entries
  • Review and update accounts receivable statements and tie into the ledger

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • General ledger experience is required.
  • Understanding of debits, credits, prepaid accounts and have strong accounts receivable experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Audit billing process and contract review
  • Prepare and issue monthly invoicing
  • Issue 1099s
