Responsibilities:

  • Act as relationship manager for all brands and customers.

  • Assist customers with various inquiries regarding brands, logistics, and inventory control matters.

  • Utilize the proprietary system to document production information as it pertains to supply and demand.

  • Communicate with Inventory Analysts/Control to ensure production meets demand as well as prepare logistics.

  • Act as main point of contact for individuals contacting organization and transferring to appropriate parties.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Account Management/Inside Sales experience in a high volume environment preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.

  • Able to use multi-line telephones.

  • Ability to use analytical skills to problem solve and critically think.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and get along with a diverse population.

Compensation based on experience: 55-70k
