The Role
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in our operations:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse range of clients, supervising a team of two accountants to ensure their ongoing needs are met effectively.
  • Financial Reporting: Conduct thorough reviews of monthly financial statements prepared by your team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries that exceed the capabilities of the bookkeeping staff.
  • Financial Analysis: Utilize software tools to perform routine financial assessments for select clients, presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner.

Project Management:
Ensure that all ongoing services and special projects are executed on schedule and within budget.

Accounting Clean-Up:
Review existing financial records for clients to identify areas needing improvement, including modifications to the chart of accounts and transaction updates.

Client Onboarding:
Lead initial meetings with new clients to establish expectations and outline the monthly reporting process.

Essential Qualifications:
