Benore Logistic Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support for our Driver Recruiting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience by promptly answering inquiries and addressing requests
  • Assist with DOT employment verifications, background checks, motor vehicle records, and PSP processing for applicants
  • Coordinate with candidates to complete employment packets and gather required information
  • Act as the point of contact with candidates, third-party medical facilities, and occupational health clinics to schedule pre-employment physicals and drug screenings
  • Conduct comprehensive file reviews prior to orientation to ensure all documentation is complete
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain organized and compliant candidate files
  • Participate in corporate projects, communicate issues, and adapt to changing project needs
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to recruiting

Requirements


  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, or Administrative experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive with a collaborative team approach

Requirements
