Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing and Recruitment Professional to join our team at TRIGO. As a Quality Resource Coordinator - Staffing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations by scheduling and staffing qualified individuals for key roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship and Business Development:
    • Conduct scheduling, staffing, and recruitment services for containment projects and sorting operations
    • Research and establish strong affiliations with temporary agencies and recruitment channels
    • Cultivate and oversee relationships with staffing associates
    • Analyze average hourly wages in relevant recruitment areas
    • Expand candidate resources by liaising with community services, educational institutions, job agencies, and online platforms
    • Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions with temporary staff and direct hires as per TRIGO guidelines
  • Operations:
    • Ensure a superior level of customer service
    • Aid operations in all staffing requirements for missions
    • Swiftly fill requests for hourly personnel
    • Enter new recruit details into company systems
    • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires on company policies
    • Showcase dedication to minimizing workplace hazards
    • Adhere to local and company Health & Safety regulations and policies
  • Organization and Management:
    • Assist operations in ensuring workforce availability and competency for designated tasks
    • Upload all necessary documentation for new hires onto company platforms
    • Support with recruitment/staffing in other regions when required
    • Communicate outcomes of recruitment activities to relevant personnel
    • Send daily summaries of staffing initiatives to the appropriate team members
    • Ensure prompt processing of invoices from temporary agencies
  • Technical:
    • Produce and maintain essential Recruiting, Staffing, and HR reports
    • Update work preferences and scheduling data in company systems
  • Other:
    • Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated

Work Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR/Recruiting, preferably in the Manufacturing/Automotive sector
  • Development of client relationships
  • Conducting interviews

Education Background:

  • 2-year degree (Marketing/Business/HR) preferred
