Addison Group is seeking a payroll specialist for a privately held company that provides a cloud-based payroll, benefits, and HR management software for business based in the US. This open role focuses more so on case management versus traditional payroll processing, acting as a resource for the current payroll processors in place. This consultant will ideally come from a start-up environment and can handle fast-paced work. Currently, the client has about 2000 employees, 50% non-exempt. Completely remote. Workday payroll processing experience is a requirement.
Description:
- Will not be doing the actual payroll processing, but they need to have the Workday Payroll Processing experience to understand the questions being asked by employees.
- Receive a case through workday system, answer internal payroll questions from internal employees (garnishments, pay issues, withholdings, discrepancies, etc.), communicate to the payroll processors.
- Team consists of 2 employees, not including the Payroll Manager
- Can handle fast-paced, startup-like work environment
- Workday is an absolute must
