Developsaleslea

Developsalesleadsintoprofitableaccountsworkingcloselywithlocalsalesteamswithin definedregions

• Serveasa conduitforinformationbetweenclientsandourseniormanagement,operations andqualityassurancedepartments

• Providemanagementwithregularreportingandupdatesregardingkeycustomer,prospects andprojects

• Developandshare“BestPractices”enhancingourabilityto promoteandsellspecialtygases andequipment.

MonitorinternalandexternalqualityassuranceprogramsandKeyPerformanceIndicators

(KPI’s)directlyimpactingourcustomersbusiness

Establishhighstandardsandexpectationsforcustomerservicethroughallfacetsof Matheson’scustomerserviceandoperationsgroups

• Providecontinuousimprovementinallareasincludingsalesvolumegrowth,improvementof accountprofitabilityandcontractterm

• Prepareandtimelysubmitcompleteandaccurateexpensereportsin accordancewiththe thencurrentMathesonpolicy
