Overview:
Kelly Engineering is seeking a dedicated and skilled Injection Molding Technician for our client in Lodi, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach who enjoys working collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding machines and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to perform daily tasks and projects.
- Work on and operate injection molding machines.
- Hang and install molds as required.
- Assist in troubleshooting processes with guidance from the hiring manager.
- Perform daily 5S activities to maintain workplace organization and efficiency.
- Audit 5S activities conducted by engineers.
- Support and tag along with a process engineer.
- Participate in provided training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machines is preferred.
- Ability to hang and install molds.
- Basic troubleshooting skills; additional guidance and training will be provided.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
