As the largest oral health care provider in North Texas, the school brings care to people in need - wherever they need it.

As an EUSS II, you will be at the forefront of our clinic's IT support, assisting student providers, faculty, and staff by maintaining and troubleshooting our desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our technology environment is secure, efficient, and capable of delivering the high-quality care our patients expect.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to clinic personnel for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and other peripherals.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage clinic-wide technology initiatives.

Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) in all IT operations.

Document and update IT support procedures and policies as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three years of related experience in IT User Consulting

Strong knowledge of Windows and office productivity software

Working knowledge of macOS preferred

Proven experience in IT desktop support or a related role preferred

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Familiarity with dental or health-related practice management software a plus

IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus
