Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and update client information in our database, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the sales and marketing teams with various tasks, including appointment confirmation, document preparation, research, and project assistance.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the efficiency of our operations by identifying and implementing improvements in our administrative processes.
