Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist with the onboarding process due to a high volume of new hires. This administrative role involves managing various onboarding tasks and supporting HR functions while working at a front desk in a small office setting. The position does not require extensive phone work but involves in-person interactions with internal employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Generalist with job postings, processing new hire paperwork, and onboarding activities.
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, maintaining records, and updating databases.
- Support communication of job offers and conduct new hire orientations.
- Handle space reservation requests and coordinate internal meetings and events.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment.
- Act as a general office services resource, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience.
- Proven experience with data entry and record-keeping.
Additional Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Type/Length of Assignment: Contract
- Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday
- Duration: 3-4 months
- Interview Process: One-step in-person interview, 30 minutes – Virtual options available.
