Job Title : Sales Administrative Support
Location : Allentown, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in a professional and organized manner.
  • Assist customers at the front desk and provide cashiering support.
  • Verify daily CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposits.
  • Update cashiering systems with CR and customer-specific details.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Respond to Accounts Receivable cases, researching to avoid chargebacks.
  • Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Work closely with all functional teams daily.
  • Handle confidential material with integrity and professionalism.
  • Stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Administer specific processes such as AP, CETS, CTS, Kronos/SAP Masterfiles.
  • Create market reports using pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a consumer goods company.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a team player.
