GBS is looking for a Project Manager / Task Lead / Solutions Architect to support our federal customer. The successful candidate will identify and provide a successful mobile device management (MDM) modernization solution for mobile devices. The candidate will possess specific and proven technical skills relevant to the migration, administration, deployment, and management of Unified Endpoint Manager (UEM) / MDM solutions, as well as the administration and security of law-enforcement IT and data specifically related to Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and Security Technical Guide (STIG) compliance. Additionally, the candidate must understand the complexities of integration of M365 applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) into the mobile interface and within the restrictive security compliance requirements. Public Trust Clearance Required.

Job Functions

  • Provide contract technical and management direction
  • Submit contract deliverables
  • Support and coordinate with the contracting officer's representative and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) / BEP staff, as needed
  • Direct and supervise day-to-day activities and contract requirements
  • Serve as the single point of contact for planning, billing, and payment reconciliation
  • Identify control gate for the implementation
  • Maintain the PM documents listed in the Criminal Investigation (CI) MDM modernization project specifications
  • Organize and lead project meetings throughout the development
  • Host a design review before proof-of-concept commences
  • Track contract consumption to ensure optimal delivery of required services
  • Ensure appropriate resources are engaged throughout this contract period of performance
  • Serve as the liaison between the contractor team and the government stakeholders
  • Identify an MDM solution that
    • Meets or surpasses current capabilities,
    • Integrates with M365 applications, and
    • Is mobile-device and carrier independent
  • Identify an MDM solution or a compatible third-party application that
    • Facilitates data archival and e-Discovery,
    • Facilitates Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) in compliance with M-10-01, and
    • Provides a mobile antivirus solution
  • Prepare an engineering and integration plan for the recommended modernization solution
  • Identify all control gates for this requirement
  • Ensure the implementation strategy requires minimal impact to CI mobile device users
  • Ensure the proposed solution offers the same or better technical and security performance as BB UEM
  • (Optional) Identify processes and procedures to remove BB UEM and configure the proposed solution

Experience Requirements
