About You

Basic Qualifications

5+ years Program or Project Management experience leading large, complex, global projects

Workday Implementation & Program Management experience and skills

Experience and knowledge of using the methodology, tools and templates in the delivery of Workday projects.

Other Qualifications

5+ Years of Workday internal Professional Services and/or Field Services operations experience desired.

Ability to drive decisions across groups and document and communicate the impacts

Experience analyzing and compiling data from multiple sources to provide recommendations for business decisions.

Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Experience in taking complex concepts and consolidating them into a concise and digestible format for multiple audiences

Ability to build positive relationships and partnerships across teams

Strong, effective presentation skills in front of large groups of people including executives

Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities and initiatives

Quick learner, creative, strategic problem solver

Ability to represent, enable, and support stakeholders in cross functional programs

Understanding of the basic needs of Professional Services resources across regions and industries.

Passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
