Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to oversee critical technical initiatives within our Construction Solutions division. This position requires a strategic visionary with extensive expertise in program management and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams toward achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

+ Program Strategy and Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching business strategies.

+ Team Development: Supervise a diverse team of managers and contributors, nurturing a culture of growth, inclusivity, and high performance.

+ Operational Excellence: Manage the operational facets of product development, guaranteeing superior quality and efficiency that meet client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years in technical program management within the software or construction industries, including over 5 years in a leadership capacity managing diverse teams.

+ Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership and communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to resolve conflicts and build high-performing teams.
