Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in finance or accounting.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a managerial role.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Ability to obtain client approval for contract work.
- Residency in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Summary
Leads and oversees all financial planning activities for the electronic monitoring business unit, encompassing financial and cost analysis, revenue forecasting, business plan preparation, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance profitability. Collaborates with senior management to formulate strategic plans and objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Directs financial and cost analyses for the electronic monitoring and related business units, evaluating data, providing recommendations on budget variances, and offering guidance on strategic planning.
- Oversees sales forecasting activities for electronic monitoring products and services, assisting upper management in planning for growth and costs, understanding customer behaviors, and supplying data for investor reports.
- Develops and coordinates metrics reporting for the electronic monitoring business unit, including key performance indicators to monitor financial results and inform future business decisions.
- Supports senior management by creating business plans for strategic projects that include analytics on expenses and capital expenditures, applying financial metrics to support business decisions.
- Conducts revenue and margin analyses to assess customer profitability continuously, identifying and addressing issues as necessary.
- Creates pricing models for electronic monitoring products and services for use by sales and financial planning teams to secure business at acceptable profit margins.
- Develops pricing models for related contracts.
- Approves pricing on electronic monitoring deals within established guidelines.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
