Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee program performance and reporting with guidance from Program Manager. Provide reliable and responsive customer service. Communicate effectively with partners, subcontractors and customers. Ensure compliance with all contract and program requirements. Meet with utility customer and vendors to present results, develop new scopes of work. Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure our subcontractors are up to date with program information. Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules. Establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and partners, including identifying and anticipating needs and proposing solutions to address client concerns and assure problem resolution promoting long-term productive relationships. Collaboratively develop, present, and implement recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategies and operational efficiencies. Provide excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Located in or willing to relocate to the greater Colombus, OH area. A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study required; a Masters degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relatable, professional experience. Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills. Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

Positive, proactive, action-oriented attitude. Client service focused. Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization and be a team-player. Familiarity with Ohio-based Community Action Agencies or Community Based Organizations.
